The production program includes mechanically welded and high precision machined base frames for special machinery, assemblies and subassemblies, as well as other steel constructions per the client’s drawing.
The welding department is EN ISO 3834-2 certified. Welding technology is developed and supervised by IWE-certified engineers. Our products are usually made of S235 and S355 (St-37 and St-52) sheet metal in thickness of 10-150mm. For thicker materials, please consult us.
Main equipment: Plasma / Gas from Varstroj CNC cutting machine, maximum cutting size of 2000x6000mm. For the preparation of edges, a BUGO gas machine and / or vertical milling machines. KEMPPI KMS400 MIG / MAG welding machines as well as KEMPPI EVO150 REL / TIG. Lifting capacity up to 16t. The thermochemical treatment department can operate the annealing of welded parts up to dimensions of 600x900x2000mm. For larger parts please consult us.
The sandblasting and painting chamber is of dimensions 4500x3000x2500mm. Paint: Primer / Epoxy 2K. For polyurethane paint please contact us. Phosphatization and browning per the template of the part, please consult us.
The machining is mainly done with 2 TOS vertical CNC milling machines, with a main movement axis of 3500mm, as well as DOOSAN CNC 3 axis milling machines with main axis 1800mm and HURCO 5 axis CNC milling machines with a main axis of 1000mm. One new vertical CNC milling machine TOS WH 105 was recently installed. The control is carried out with the measuring machine CMM STOLE MORA / TOUCH DMS 3 axis of 500, 1600 and 4000mm with precision of 0,05/1000mm. All welders are certified and trained for visual inspection of welds. Other types of tests according to standard 3834-2 are also carried out. For ultrasonic sheet testing please consult us.
We have CATIA, PROEngineer, Mechanical Desktop and DEPO CAM licenses, and we can process documents in all supported file types.
